Career Options Africa Group is Africa’s largest on ground Human Resource (HR) Agency with operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, South Sudan, Nigeria, and South Africa, specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support.
In order to strengthen the HR Team in the coming days, the company seeks to recruit a HR Management Trainee to be based in DRC to undergo an elaborate training program.
On successful completion of the training, the trainee shall be deployed within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidates should have the following qualifications:
a. Recent university graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
b. High level of proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
c. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
d. Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
f. Strong desire to learn and grow.
g. Adaptability and a proactive attitude
